How to fill the register of shareholders
Registry of shareholders is a document containing all data on the joint-stock company, holders of shares, categories, dividends and documents confirming the performance of transactions with securities.

Joint stock companies with a membership of less than 50 people maintain a register of shareholders yourself. If the number of participants is more than 50 of shareholders Registry affairs are transferred to an organization that has a license.

Registry of shareholders contains information about the joint-stock company,the amount of the authorized capital, the number and nominal value of shares, data on all persons who are nominal holders of shares or their owners. It also collects information on shares bought out by the company (quantity, value and categories); data on payment of dividends; requisites of confirming transactions with shares of documents.

The joint-stock company is obliged to open to each shareholder or nominal holder of shares a personal account in the register, to perform any operations with shares only on their behalf, to provide access to the register of shareholders, make changes and additions, issue statements and carry out other actions related to the maintenance of the register.

You can keep the register on paper or electronically. The paper version is the original and must be signed by the chairman of the board of directors and chief accountant, certified by the seal.

All records of changes are entered in the register infor 3 days at the request of the shareholder or nominal holder of shares. Any marks are made on the basis of supporting documents. These can be pledge agreements or purchase and sale of shares, transfer orders, judicial acts.
