Make changes to the constituent documents. To register a new edition of the charter in the tax inspection, collect a package of some documents. First of all, fill out the application form No. P13001. If the deposit involved the introduction of a new member of the company, also issue a statement on Form No. P14001. Do not notarize these documents. To do this, provide him with a statement of the participant on the contribution, the minutes of the meeting, the passport data of the applicant.

For making changes to the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, you must paystate fee. The receipt should also be included in the package of documents for the Federal Tax Service. Include here the minutes of the meeting of the members of the company; a document confirming the deposit; new edition of the company's charter; statements certified by a notary.

On its basis, a meeting of shareholders is held, at which the issue of increasing capital, the distribution of shares between owners and the designation of the nominal value of each of them is decided.
