Outstaffing and outsourcing are two terms thatcame from management. They appeared relatively recently - in the 90s of the XX century. It was then that the first scientific works describing this form of relationships between customers and performers were published.
Outsourcing
The notion of outsourcing is literally possibletranslate as an "external source". The main problem of development of outsourcing in the Russian Federation is the lack of a legislative base that would regulate the relationship between customers and executors. In the civil code this concept was not reflected. The term outstaffing, in turn,can be translated as "freelance". The essence of the mechanism is the following. Part of the personnel of the firm is displayed for the main staff and is formalized in the executing company. A new employee fulfills the same obligations, but on behalf of a new company, receiving a reward. The difficulty is that employees, while continuing to actually work in the same place and perform the same functions, switch to a contract for provision of services on the part of the contracting firm, as well as to work on a business trip sheet from the side of the executing company. So, the main difference between outstaffing and outsourcing lies in the customer's relationship to staff. In fact, all legal relationships end at this stage. Outstaffer does not have any duties, except work with the staff. The actual result is not guaranteed in any way, but directly with the employees they are connected only on paper.
