When working with a computer it is very convenient to have several partitions on a hard Drive. This allows you to install various operating systems, logically distribute information and save important documents in the event of a system failure.

To create new local disks withoutReinstalling the operating system is perfectly suited to the program Partition Manager. Download this utility from www.paragon.ru. Install the program and restart the computer. This is necessary for the utility to collect the necessary information about the state of the hard disk.

Run the program Partition Manager. Go to the "Wizards" menu and select the "Create Partition" item. Select the check box next to "Mode for advanced users" and click the "Next" button.

Now use the arrows to select the area in which thewhich will create a new partition. If you do not need it, place a new local disk at the end of the render strip. This will significantly reduce the time it takes to create a disk. Click "Next".

Connect this hard drive to the second computer. Make sure that this PC will download the operating system from another media. Turn on the second computer. After the operating system has finished loading, copy all the required information from your hard drive to another hard drive, USB flash drive or USB-HDD.

Install the hard drive back to the system unit. Turn on the computer and install a new operating system.

If you can not connect your hard drive to another computer, create an additional partition to which you can copy the required files or install a new operating system.

Download and install the program Partition Manager. Restart the computer to complete the installation of the program. Start the Partition Manager. Find the "Wizards" menu on the main panel and open it.
