Find out the location of the election. Everyone is "tied" to his polling station, you can vote on the other only when you apply (see step 3). After that, the site will display the address of your polling station, the voting date and contact information.

Change your polling station (for those whowants to vote not in the place of residence). To do this, you need to come with a passport to the nearest polling station and inform you that you are registered elsewhere and can not receive an absentee certificate.
