Puff pastry cheese

This puffed cheese bread can bring you todelight. It is fragrant and very soft. Garlic gives bread an appetizing, gentle and light note. Delicious sweet dough combines a small sweetness and cheese salinity.

Prepare a layer of cheese bread

You will need

  • - Garlic - 1 clove;
  • - Butter - 100 g;
  • - cheese - 200 g;
  • - yeast dough - 800 g.

Divide the dough into four parts, from these parts roll circles with a diameter of 20 centimeters. One layer of dough make slightly more than others.

Bring butter to room temperature, mix it with garlic, pressed through a press.

Scrunch the cheese on a medium grater. Lay one dough in the mold or baking sheet. Lubricate it with 1/3 of the oil, but leave a clean edge of 1 centimeter.

Lay a third of the cheese and flatten it over the surface. Cover with another layer of dough. Lubricate it with oil, sprinkle with cheese. Do the same with the third sheet.

Cover the structure with the fourth, largest sheet. Carefully clamp the edges of the bottom and top sheets. Lubricate the top of the bread with water, let it rise at least one and a half times.

Make a fork through the piercing through all layers. Lubricate the bread again with water. Preheat the oven to 220oC. Bake the bread in the oven for 10 minutes until it turns red. Next, slightly open the oven and cover the bread on top with foil. Reduce the temperature to 180oC and bake for 35 minutes.

Prepared bread remove from the pan and wrapwith a dish towel. In warm form, the layered cheese bread is the most delicious. Try to warm up the slices before serving in the microwave for 5 seconds. Store such bread in the refrigerator, wrapped in polyethylene.
