Everyone is used to the fact that buns mostly haveinside the sweet stuffing. So it is so, but if you show a little imagination and originality, you can create a unique dish. I suggest you cook buns with potatoes.
You will need
- For the test:
- - flour - 2.5 glasses;
- - vegetable oil - 0.5 cup;
- - water - 0.5 cup;
- - egg - 1 piece;
- - baking powder for the dough - 1 teaspoon;
- - salt - 0.5 teaspoons;
- - vinegar 9% - 1 teaspoon.
- Filling:
- - potatoes - 600 g;
- - onion - 1 piece;
- - butter - 1 tablespoon;
- - salt;
- - pepper.

Combine flour with products such as: baking powder and salt. Stir thoroughly. In a separate cup lay an egg, vinegar, vegetable oil and water. All the well beat, then enter into the flour mass. Dilute the mixture from the mixture. When it is ready, wrap it in a food film and send it to the cold for about 60 minutes.

With potatoes, do this: rinse thoroughly, remove the peel and put into a pot of water. Put on the fire and cook until ready. Combine the prepared potatoes with butter. Grind this mixture to homogeneity, then add to it a slightly fried onions in advance, as well as salt and pepper.

Chop the dough a little with hands, afterthen cut it in half. One of the parts roll with a rolling pin in the form of a rectangle, the size of which is approximately 30 x 40 centimeters. On the length of the resulting layer, or rather along its edge, lay half the potato mass. Then wrap it in such a way that the roll turns out. Turn the knife with a blunt side and make them a basting in 5 places at the same distance. In these cuts, the dough should be carefully twisted and cut into pieces. Open the open edges, and from one side, press on the middle so that a small dimple is formed. Do the same with the second half of the test.

Combine the yolk with water and whisk. The resulting mass is applied to buns. In this form, place them on a baking sheet covered with parchment and oiled, and if desired, decorate with sesame seeds. Warm up the oven to a temperature of 190 degrees and send the baked dish for about 20-25 minutes. Buns with potatoes are ready!
