Curd and mango parfait
Curd and mango parfait is a dish of French cuisine. The delicacy turns out to be airy, gentle, light and very tasty. Parfait simply melts in the mouth.
You will need
- - 250 ml cream
- - 400 g of cottage cheese
- - 250 g of brown granulated sugar
- - 1 mango
- - 2 tsp. liqueur bailies
- - 6 pcs. cookies
- - 50 g of pistachios
Instructions

First, brown the granulated sugar in a blender into the powder. Then whip cream with sugar powder to a firm foam.

Add cottage cheese and liqueur, whisk with a mixer for 1-2 minutes.

In the baking dish, put a small layer of creamy-curd mass and smooth it over the surface.

Rinse thoroughly with mango, then clean it frompeel and grind in a blender until a pulpy condition. Dip a good cookie from all sides in mango purée. And lay the cookie in a second layer. Then again creamy-curd mass and a layer of cookies. Do this to the edges of the mold, the last layer should be creamy-curd mass.

Remove the parfait in a cold place for the night. Mango puree wrap in a film and put into the refrigerator. Pull the parfait, decorate it with pistachios and mango purée.
