Buying meat

Preparation of ingredients

Add ½ teaspoon of chopped thyme, 3 bay leaves and cooked garlic. Cook for another 2 minutes. Add 2 small tomatoes and chopped turtle meat, cook for 3 minutes constantly stirring. Now fill this mixture with the broth left after cooking the meat, add the lemon juice, ½ cup dry Sherry and ½ cup Worchester sauce. Stew it all over low heat for 10 minutes.

Innings
