Berries in grape jelly
Berries in grape jelly
Jelly is a popular dessert that candecorate both the festive feast, and an ordinary family meal. This delicacy is easy to prepare, and the berries frozen in jelly will give the dish an exquisite taste and add beauty.
You will need
- - 2 cups of grape juice
- - 1 orange
- - gelatin powder 15 g
- - any berries
Instructions
1
To prepare this dish we will need100% grape juice, it can be any: from red, white or black grapes. Pour the juice into a small saucepan and put on a small fire, until the boil is not necessary to bring the juice.
2
Wash the orange thoroughly with a brush andbaking soda. Cut off the peel from it, cut it into pieces. Orange peel is added to the slightly warmed grape juice and continue to heat on small heat for another five minutes. After this time, the saucepan is removed from the fire.
3
From the cleared orange squeeze the juice withjuicer or any other method. Gets orange juice and fill it with gelatin for swelling. Then, the swollen gelatin is dissolved until it dissolves completely in hot grape juice (previously it is necessary to extract orange crusts from it). Let the juice cool down at room temperature.
4
While the juice is cooling off, we prepare berries. They need to be sorted out, leaving only good, beautiful, unspoiled fruit. Then the berries are washed and dried using a paper towel. If you decide to cook a treat from a cherry, you need to carefully remove the bones from the berries. Berries are laid out in pre-prepared for this form and filled with completely cooled grape juice. The juice should be well chilled, otherwise the berries will give their juice and the jelly will not set as it should be. Forms covered with a film and clean in the refrigerator for 6-8 hours, ideally at night.
5
To easily remove the frozen jelly from the mold, we lower it for a few seconds into a bowl of hot water, and then, taking it out from there, quickly turn it over to a dish. Everything, the delicacy can be served to the table.
