How to make a cake with cottage cheese?
Pie with cottage cheese is not only very delicate andtasty dessert, but also incredibly useful. To bake such a meal is not difficult, but its taste is so good that it can be served on a festive table. The recipe, which is proposed below, is so simple that it can cook a wonderful curd cake even one who has never had to deal with baking.
You will need
- For the test:
- - 3.5 glasses of flour;
- - 1 cup of sugar;
- - 200 g of butter.
- For filling:
- - 500 g of cottage cheese;
- - 2 eggs;
- - 1 cup of sugar;
- - 1 glass of peeled nuts;
- - 1 glass of raisins;
- - a bag of vanillin or vanilla sugar.

In a deep bowl, pour in the flour and sugar, mix and add to this mixture a softened butter. Hand rub this mixture to make a loose crumb.

Pour the raisins for five minutes with boiling water, drain the water, and dry the raisins (use disposable towels). Nuts chop into dust (you can use either a blender or a coffee grinder).

In a deep bowl, put the cottage cheese (for a pieyou can take any product, the main thing that it was fresh), add sugar, eggs, nuts, vanillin and raisins to it. Stir the curd mass so that a homogeneous mixture is obtained.

Lubricate the silicone mold with oil (you canuse both vegetable and cream) and put 2/3 of the previously cooked crumb on its bottom, properly blend the mass, make small skirts (as there is butter in the dough, there should be no difficulties with modeling). Lay out the whole stuffing.

Lay the remaining crumbs evenly on(for leveling, you can use a scoop). Bake the cake with cottage cheese in the oven for about 50 minutes at a temperature of 170 degrees, at the end of cooking, do a little higher to make the pie well brown.

Put the dessert on the tray, cover it with a towel and let it cool down a bit, then cut it into portions.
