For a light dinner, you can prepare a tender potato casserole with minced meat. The dish turns out easy and tasty!
You will need

Cooking stuffing. On vegetable oil fry finely chopped onion until golden brown. Then add the minced meat to the prepared onions, season with salt and cook until ready, stirring occasionally. You can add a little water to the stuffing, so that the filling does not fall apart.

Peel potatoes and boil until complete.readiness. Beat a potato with a blender with a little water. Then pour hot milk into the resulting mass and add butter. Stir and add 1 raw egg. Re-beat the mashed potatoes with a blender.

Grease the baking dish with butter. Half the potato mass lay on the bottom of the mold with an even layer. Top with a smooth layer of meat filling. Then put potato paste on top again. Each layer should be pressed down a little, so that the casserole does not disintegrate when you serve it on the table. Then sprinkle the surface with breadcrumbs and grease with yolk.

Put the casserole in the oven for 30 minutes at a temperature of 200 degrees. Ready potato casserole should rise slightly and have a golden crust.
