Vegetables (carrots and potatoes) are boiled for a couplein the double boiler. Finished vegetables cleaned. Fresh cucumber is washed and peeled. Eggs boil hard, cool and clean. The protein from the yolk needs to be separated. All ingredients are cut into small cubes, it is possible with the help of egg-cutters. Yolks are wiped on a fine grater.

Chicken fillet marinate: rub it with garlic (you can dry) with pepper and salt, as well as fresh thyme leaves. Leave in the refrigerator for at least half an hour.

Mayonnaise mixed with brine from salted cucumbers. Lettuce leaves thoroughly rinse and dry with paper towels. The same thing to do with cilantro, parsley, dill and celery. Then all the greens are cut, lettuce - straws and neatly mixed.

All the diced vegetables are mixed in a deep bowl, they are added with mayonnaise, pepper, salt, mashed yolk and canned green peas. Everything is laid out in a salad bowl.
