Panna cotta "Honey ryazhenka"
Sour milk drink is perfectly combined withsweetness of honey. From ryazhenka and honey you get a delicious panna cotta. Dessert is quite dietary, very light, gentle. But if you like sweets, then add sugar.
You will need
- - 450 ml of ryazhenka 4%;
- - 100 ml of water;
- - 1 tbsp. A spoonful of honey;
- 5 g of gelatin.

Gelatin fill with chilled boiled water,let it swell. Add 1 tablespoon of honey (you can and more), heat until the gelatin and honey dissolve completely, just do not bring to a boil. You can add sugar, but the dessert is obtained and so moderately sweet, with a pleasant sourness, which gives a delicacy a burger. If you like a stronger jelly, then instead of 5 g of gelatin take 10. But for panna cottages jelly should not be too strong.

Add the frozen gelatinous-honey water to the fermented baked milk, mix it. Whip everything with a blender - then the jelly will be more airy and porous.

Pour the resulting mass into batch containers, this can be kremanki, vazochki, pialami. Clean for the night in the refrigerator to cool.
