The chicken turns out to be very delicate and appetizing. The dish is perfect for lunch or dinner. Its preparation does not take much time, which is suitable for busy housewives.
You will need
- - chicken fillet 300 g;
- - onion 3 pcs .;
- - rice long white 100 g;
- - rice brown 100 g;
- - Chicken broth 100 ml;

- - brown sugar 1 tbsp. a spoon;
- - honey 1 tbsp. a spoon;
- - lemon juice 20 ml;
- - soy sauce 20 ml;
- - 1 clove of garlic;
- - turmeric;
- - Dried basil;
- - spices;
- - Ground black pepper;
- - Ground white pepper;
- - paprika powdered;
- - ground chili pepper;
- - ginger;
- - salt.

Chicken fillet thoroughly wash in cool water, dry with a paper towel, cut into small portions. A little salt. Onions peel off the husk and cut into thin semirings.

Mix white and brown rice, rinse it andBoil until cooked. In the saucepan, melt the honey and sugar, then add to them turmeric, ginger, basil, spicy herbs, chopped garlic and all kinds of peppers. Cook on low heat until thick, stirring constantly. Salt to taste.

Finished the honey sauce pour the chicken fillet and cook for 5 minutes under the lid. Serve the rice on top of the chicken fillet. Decorate the dish with fresh herbs.
