You will need

- - 3 egg yolks;
- - sour cream - ½ item;
- - granulated sugar - 1 tbsp. l .;
- - 2 tbsp. l. any vodka;
- - Acetic essence - ½ st. l .;
- - salt - ½ tsp.
- For filling:
- - bananas - at your discretion;
- - granulated sugar;
- - vegetable oil for frying (sunflower or olive).

Rub the remains of sugar with egg yolks, lay out all sour cream, add vodka, vinegar and salt a little to your liking.

Dough knead until it becomessteep, then roll it into the shape of a bowl, cover with a cup on top and leave it to maturity for no more than 15 minutes. As soon as it's right, take it in your arms and hold it well.

Take a ripe, but not very soft banana, wellRinse it under running water, clean and cut into small pieces. Add a small amount of citric acid, preferably at the tip of the knife.

Sugar, if desired, put in a mixture of bananas, or pour it on the billet of the dough, and from above evenly distribute the banana mashed potatoes.
