Separately whip the whites with two tablespoons of sugar. The two resulting mixtures are combined and mixed thoroughly. Gently lay out the finished curd-banana cream on the first layer (dough) and smoothen. Sprinkle with sugar or powdered sugar. Oven to warm up, put the cake in the oven and bake for about 25-30 minutes at a temperature of 180-200 degrees. Readiness of the pie will show an appetizing ruddy crust on top. The duration of baking depends on the size and thickness of the cake. This pie is recommended to bake in a wide form, so that the layers are not too thick. One and a half to two centimeters is the ideal size of the layer.
