But the purchased mayonnaise can not be heated, because chemical additives with increasing temperature turn into harmful substances. Mayonnaise must be made homemade. It is not difficult. Squeeze the juice from the lemon, add salt, sugar and spices to taste. In another deep container pour the vegetable oil, then lemon juice with spices, put mustard and raw egg.
