"Echo of Moscow" is a metropolitan radio station thatsounds on the air since the summer of 1990. Download the server for radiobroadcasting - Shoutcast Server. Unzip the archive to a convenient place on the hard drive, install the server. Open the folder with the program, inside it, find the executable file called sc_serv.exe, start it.

The server is started. Now download, and then install the program Sam Broadcast 3, which simulates a DJ console and gives many opportunities to work with audio tracks for radiobroadcasting. In addition, download Mysql so that the program works correctly. Then open the Start menu and click on the "Run" section. Then type cmd to invoke the command line.

Next, type cd C in the new window:mysqlbin, followed by mysqld to start the appropriate service. When Mysql is installed, install Sam Broadcast. Select the Mysql database during the installation process to create a table system, and make sure that Mysql is in a failed state during the installation process.

Run the program, scan the directories on theyour PC, in order to track which of them have music files. After scanning the folders, add your favorite audio tracks to the program's database. Then configure it - select the option called Config, enter in the Station Details section any text that describes your creation - radiostation. Uncheck Show station details on AudioRealm.com.

Select the option under the Statistic Relays section undername Shoutcast Statistic Relay, then enter the following data: Host: localhost; Port: 8000; Password: ***** To change the password, open the sc_serv.ini file in the Shoutcast directory, then edit it. Set the Private Relay check box.

In sections called encoder mp3 and mp3proencoder, set the appropriate quality and playback format (depending on the quality and speed of the Internet channel), enter the port and server address in the Server Details subsection.

Now start the server, then in the programopen Desktop B. Select Encoder and click the start button to synchronize the simulation of the DJ console and the server. In an option called Desktop A, start the necessary audio files by first selecting them and clicking the Play button.
