Rhizomes must be immersed in water to soak the earth. Then all the raw materials must be thoroughly rinsed under a stream of running water, shake off the moisture and drain the bushes with a paper towel.

It should be a lot of brown-green color, which should be put on a double or triple layer of gauze and carefully wring out. Pour the juice into a container with a screw cap and put it in a cool dark place, but not in the refrigerator.

Repeat the procedure for releasing the gas at intervals of 2 days a few more times - until fermentation stops. The juice is ready. Keep it in the refrigerator. Shelf life - 3 years.
