Painful conditions that develop as a consequence of malnutrition, lack of vitamins, or poor digestion in some diseases are commonly called avitaminosis.
Diseases that develop with a deficiency of certain vitamins:
- Lack of vitamin A - develops night blindness, dry skin, small rash, hair loss, brittle nails;
- Lack of vitamin B1 (thiamine) - develop nervous exhaustion, overwork, skin diseases of nervous origin, neuritis;
- Lack of vitamin B2 (riboflavin) - develop weakness, pain in the eyes, redness of the eyes, cracks in the corners of the mouth;
- Lack of vitamin B6 - manifested skin diseases in the form of seborrheic dermatitis, there is inflammation of the tongue - glossitis, children can have seizures, anemia;
- Lack of vitamin C- first marked bleeding gums, hemorrhages but the skin, possibly development of scurvy;
- Lack of vitamin D - is manifested by rickets;
- Lack of vitamin PP (nicotinic acid) - Pellagra and some nervous diseases can develop.

Avitaminosis refers to common diseases. It affects not individual organs and systems, but it affects the whole organism pathologically. Combat avitaminosis will help simple preventive remedies. Strengthening the immunity of the herbs that are sold in each pharmacy, of course, you must first consult with your doctor if you have contraindications to any drugs, even plant origin.
