The complaint is most often written when the investigatorcommits unlawful acts against the person participating in the case, or delays the investigation for no apparent reason. First of all, the complaint can be submitted to the head of the investigative body, in which the investigator works and to the central office of the Investigation Committee, on the site of which the Internet reception is working.

It is also possible to file a complaint with the district court, inwhich conducts a preliminary investigation. If there are several such district courts, the complaint is submitted according to the Supreme Court's decision to the judicial body at the location of the investigation. Also, a citizen has the right to complain to the district prosecutor's office. If her decision does not suit him, go to the higher prosecutor's office of the subject of the Russian Federation.

The complaint can both be handed in personally, and sendby mail. When handing the complaint personally to the hands or to the office, ask to give you a copy (or a second copy, if you prepared it) of the accepted complaint with the signature, the decipherment of the person who accepted the complaint, the date and the seal.

According to the law, consideration of the complaint takes place in an opencourt session. At this meeting, the presence of all interested persons is necessary, that is, except for you (or representative) at the meeting, there should be an investigator whose actions have been lodged with a complaint. The court, in the process of consideration, has the right to recognize the appealed actions as unlawful, and to refuse to satisfy the complainant.
