When applying to the tax inspection you will be offeredwrite a statement, fill in the declaration of 3-NDFL. In addition, you must show a passport, a certificate of ownership, a certificate of income form 2-NDFL, a contract of sale, documents confirming the transfer of funds for the property. As financial documents, you can show bank checks, certificates, receipt from the seller of property. If you have purchased the property on credit, present a contract and a certificate from the bank. To return the tax in cash, present your account number in the Savings Bank of the Russian Federation. The tax inspection works only with Sberbank.

With a non-cash form of return you will immediately be givena certificate that must be presented to the accounting department of your company. You will no longer be charged with income tax. If you receive a cash tax, you will be transferred to your account within 30 days from the date of the request.
