Maybe something else will be redistributed. Make a note and do not forget to ask the addressee to do it. Cross out these tasks from the list.

Now you know where to start. Still it is possible next to each business to put time which is required for performance. But you need to do this carefully, do not leave the minimum period, consider that performance may fall, so write the usual time, plus fifteen percent from the top.

The most difficult stage is striking out. Remove their list of at least the two most recent items. Their importance is minimal, and you most likely will not have time to do it, but after this day, if they stay, you will have a feeling of dissatisfaction. Therefore, it is better to remove them immediately. Of course, if you only have 3 points, then two of them should not be deleted, but if there are more than 6 steps, then two are not terrible at all. And do not forget, when it's done, also to delete it from the list, it will add enthusiasm.
