After this, you should have a clean dooraperture. It is recommended when ordering a metal door to focus on the dimensions of the doorway. In the future, you will not have problems with the installation. Next, you need to compare the size of the door with the size of the doorway. It should be 4-6 cm more from the left and right side. This distance will be enough to level the door frame. The height of the opening should be 5-6 cm more than the height of the door. If the dimensions are smaller, then expand the chain saw.

After that, proceed directly to theinstallation. Immediately worth noting, the clearance from below is not always obtained. In this situation, you can cut a groove along the entire threshold to a depth of 10 mm using a chain saw and a cutter. Then, mounting foam will be added to it from the ends through the fixing holes. It will fill the whole space.

You can also install the door on theinsulation, which is impregnated with an antiseptic. Before installation, it is best to degrease the outer side of the metal box. The fact is that in most cases it has an oily surface, which does not allow to make a strong grip of the mounting foam and the box.

The door block of the new door with the help of woodenFix the wedges in the opening. Alignment can be performed using the building level. Secure the structure with self-tapping screws, the diameter of which should be more than 6 mm. It is highly discouraged to use self-tapping screws made of hardened steel. They can burst during installation. Secure the door frame with dowels. After alignment, you can perform the hinge of the door and its adjustment.
