With the help of a hammer, by blows of medium strength start chipping the old putty. Start work in those places where the material is kept worst, gradually increase the area of the surface being cleaned.

Use to smooth the surface of the emeryor coarse-grained skin. Cut the intertice joints with a chisel or a special spatula triangular shape. In the presence of an electric grinder you will greatly facilitate your work, but there will be a lot of dust and noise.
