Sooner or later, the facades of houses and building structures are in disrepair. One of the most practical ways to restore them is the use of hinged ventilated facades.
The hinged ventilated facade is mounted like this. Between the building wall and the outer lining material leave a gap - the air layer. The insulation is placed not on the inside of the walls of the building, but on the outside, under the lining. Thus, the air layer is between the insulation layer and the building wall. In this case, the dew point moves from the building wall to the heater. This is what prevents the loosening of the material from which the walls of the building are erected, this loosening in conventional constructions occurs due to the penetration of water into the pores of wall material, and then this water then freezes in the frost, then thaws, loosening the material.
With a ventilated facade, there is no moisture at allwill penetrate the wall, its condensation and accumulation will occur exactly in the heater. Air layer contributes to the rapid evaporation of accumulated moisture. The moisture does not stay in the heater for a long time. Due to the temperature difference and air draft resulting from the presence of the air layer, it is very quickly removed and evaporated.
There are several types of hinged ventilated facades: facades of siding, facades from cassette systems, transparent hinged facades from insulating glass units and aluminum structures.
The easiest to install and cheap is the hingedfacades of siding. Siding is a strip of material that has fastening systems. The outer side of the siding is covered with a polymeric decorative coating, they also perform a protective function, protects the siding from adverse weather conditions and damages.
The most common for hinged ventilated facades are vinyl siding and metal siding. Metal siding is more reliable, but vinyl has a lower cost.
