Pay the state duty to remove the car from the register. Get back the package of documents with the changes in the owner data.

Contact the MREO at your place of residence,write an application for car registration. Provide a package of documents: the general power of attorney for the right to own a car, the passport of the vehicle. Pay the state duty and pass the procedure of technical inspection.

Get the state number and passport of the technical means with the changes in the owner data.
