Herbal bath against fatigue
To quickly relieve fatigue after a day's work, take an invigorating herbal bath. Peppermint and leaves of black currant will not only help you restore strength, but also improve skin tone.
You will need
- 50 grams of fresh mint, 20 leaves of black currant, 2 drops of essential oil of lemon.
Instructions

In the morning, brew peppermint and leaves of black currant in 3 liters of boiling water. Leave for 10-12 hours.

In the evening, pour the broth into a warm bath (a ratio of about 1 liter of decoction to 2 liters of water) and add the essential oil.
