You will need



  • - ground cinnamon - 1-1.5 teaspoons;
  • - kefir - 2-6 tablespoons;
  • - honey - 1 tablespoon;
  • - Ground ginger - 1 teaspoon;
  • - Ground red pepper - 1 teaspoon;
  • - clove oil - 3-4 drops or pounded grains of cloves - 1 teaspoon;
  • - crushed corn of cardamom - 1 teaspoon or cardamom oil;
  • - Burdock oil for hair - 1 tablespoon;
  • - Olive oil - 1 tablespoon;
  • - egg yolk - 1 piece;
  • - Warm water;
  • - polyethylene hat;
  • - terry towel;
  • - bowls - 2 pieces;
  • - cutlery.


Instructions

Take the ground cinnamon, pour it in advancecooked mishochku and add there warm water, so that it does not curdle. Water should be added so much that the cinnamon consistently resembled sour cream.

Next, add kefir, the amount at your discretion, approximately 2-6 tbsp. spoons. Thoroughly mix everything and set aside the bowl while away.

Honey is melted in a water bath or in a microwave oven. Pour it into a clean bowl.

Then take the clove oil and add it to the honey,you can take a ground carnation, or take the grains of cloves and crush them. You can also add crushed cardamom grains or cardamom oil. Next, add olive oil, burdock oil, ginger powder, ground red pepper and egg yolk. We mix everything well so that there are no lumps.

Now pour the entire mixture into kefir with cinnamon. All mixed until homogeneous.

We put this mixture on the roots of hair, carefullymassaging the scalp with light movements. We put on a polyethylene hat and wrap our head with a terry towel. Keep from 30 minutes to 3 hours. After the time has elapsed, we wash off our mask with warm water and my hair with shampoo.
