Put berries in a glass large container (for example, in a 20-liter bottle). Mix sugar with water and pour over the plums. Tie a neck gauze and clean for 3 days in a warm place (you can in the sun). Periodically shake the bottle, tilt it to the sides to mix the contents. When there are signs of fermentation - bubbles and foam on the surface - gauze from the neck remove and put the water seal or, if you do not, put a rubber medical glove on the neck. When the water shutter stopped bubbling, and the glove opal, which indicates the end of the fermentation process, strain the contents of the bottle through a double layer of gauze and pour into bottles, tightly closing the stoppers. After 2 months, the slivovitz is ready for use.
