How to make oxalic lemonade
At home, you can cook absolutely everything, even lemonade. I propose to make it with sorrel. This drink perfectly cools and quenches thirst.
You will need
- - sorrel - 150 g;
- - sugar - 4 tablespoons;
- - sparkling water - 1 l;
- - ginger - 3 tablespoons;
- - juice of one lemon.

Ginger root rinse, peel and grind with a knife, cut into thin slices.

Pour 300 milliliters of water into a saucepan. Place sugar and crushed ginger. The resulting mixture put on a plate and bring to a boil. As soon as this happens, reduce the heat to a weak, then cook for another 25-30 minutes. Finished syrup filter, cool and refrigerate in the refrigerator.

Sorrel thoroughly rinse under running water,then grind it with a blender almost to a puree state. The resulting mass is combined with 0.5 liters of carbonated water, 200 milliliters of chilled ginger syrup and juice of one lemon. Mix everything thoroughly, then take it to the refrigerator for about a quarter of an hour. By the way, if you want the oxalic lemonade to turn out to be sweet, then add 2 tablespoons of sugar to the liquid.

After time, take the drink out of therefrigerator and strain well. Then connect with the remaining carbonated water. Sorrel lemonade is ready! Drink it, pre-chilling or adding ice cubes to the glass.
