Raspberry smoothies



The middle of summer is the time of raspberries. Juicy, sweet, tasty, fragrant and just a beautiful berry. From it you can cook a variety of dishes. The simplest and most original is smoothies.

You will need




  • - 3 glasses of raspberry
  • - 1 glass of milk
  • - 1 glass of Greek yogurt
  • - 1 banana
  • - 2 tbsp. l of sugar
  • - 10 ice cubes
  • - raspberry for decoration




Instructions

Raspberries must be cleaned from debris (twigs,leaves) and gently rinse under running water. Lightly dry and put in a blender. Banana peel and cut into large cubes, also, put in a blender.

To raspberries and banana add milk, Greekyoghurt, sugar and ice. Blend thoroughly in a blender until smooth (about 2-3 minutes). Wipe the mass through a sieve to make it even more silky.

Pour the smoothies over the glasses. It looks particularly impressive in transparent glasses. And, decorate the top with raspberries. If desired, you can decorate with mint leaves. On a crimson background they will look good. Smoothie is great for breakfast and as a dessert.
