How to open an IP in Voronezh
In order to register an IP in Voronezh, you just need to collect the necessary package of documents and submit it to the Unified Registration Center in person or send it by registered mail by mail.

Decide what exactly your organization, registered in the form of IP, will do. Select the types of economic activity according to the OKVED directory (at least 3).

If you are going to send documents by mail, contact the notary and confirm copies of all documents required for registration, namely: - passport (with a permanent or temporary registration in Voronezh) - TIN - SNIVS.

Contact the tax office or ECR(Karla Marksa str., 46) and take the form for the application for registration of an IP in the form of P21001 or download it from the sites www.nalog.ru or www.gosuslugi.ru. Bring in the application a list of documents,required for registration. Confirm it at the notary. Choose the taxation system and draw up an application for tax registration in the form of No. ENVD-2 (UTII) or 2-5-Accounting (USN).

Pay the state fee in the established amount. Submit all the documents in person or send them by registered mail to the ECR (394006, Voronezh, Karl Marx street, 46). Together with them, you can file or forward applications for registration in off-budget funds and in Rosstat. Receive in 5 working days a certificate ofregistration of a PI, a certificate of tax registration, an extract from the EGRIP, statistics codes and notices from extrabudgetary funds. You can receive these documents by mail, presenting a passport and a notice.
