Even from a legal point of view, farming is regarded as a special type of activity, having a special organizational and legal form, from the registration of which each farmer and his family starts their activities.

Buy or rent a suburban arealand, without which it is impossible to create and formalize a peasant farm in principle. In each region, the terms of the lease of land may be different, but the general more or less for all the rule is one - there will be no one to provide land for a nominal fee. Private is the owner or local executive authority; for a long-term lease of a land plot it will be necessary to regularly pay in considerable amounts.

Gather the package of documents required forregistration of a farm. It includes a statement on state registration, a copy of the document certifying your right to use the land, the charter of the future farm, documents that confirm the fact of the formation of the statutory fund, and finally documents containing information about all the founders. After reviewing the submitted documents, your company will be registered and will be able to start completely "white" and lawful activities.

Select those activities that youwill develop within your peasant economy. In fact, they are already stated in the charter, but for a small cost-effective initiative the opportunity will always be found. Meat and dairy direction is more profitable than plant growing (growing vegetables and fruits for sale), beekeeping is even more profitable, but it requires special skills.

Begin to translate your ideas into life,trying at the same time to act in a comprehensive manner - not to focus on one thing or the direction of its activities, but rather to devote a little time to solving many problems at once. The farmer simply needs to use the basic principles of time management in his practice, otherwise he will not be able to systematically realize his plans in life.
