Council 1: Producers of fruit and vegetable products of the Astrakhan region increase their production capacity

The largest fruit processor in the region, vegetables and other food products - "Astrakhan Cannery Company" - with the purpose of increasing the volume of raw materials acceptance, since 2009 has been carrying out a program of modernization of its own capacities.

Producers of fruit and vegetable products of the Astrakhan region increase their production capacities

The technical re-equipment campaign has already given itsthe first fruits - the offered assortment of canned food has increased and, accordingly, the volume of their release under the brands "Astrakhan canning company". Thus, the company plans to occupy an empty niche in the Russian market, which remained after the Russian authorities introduced a ban on the import of food products from a number of countries.

In November 2014 production capacitySergey Krzhanovsky, Minister of Industry, Transport and Natural Resources of the Astrakhan Region, visited the Astrakhan Cannery Company and inspected and evaluated the company's capabilities and potential. In turn, Vladimir Aksenov, the head of the company, noted the constant participation of regional and federal authorities in the fate of the enterprise he represented.

So, the government of the Astrakhan regionhas developed and continues to implement effective mechanisms to stimulate the processing industry in the region. In 2014, within the framework of the Astrakhan Cannery Company, a modernly equipped workshop specializing in the production of vegetable freezes (about 100,000 tons of possible raw material intake only for one day) was commissioned and a refrigeration room with a storage capacity of three thousand tons of frozen products.

But the company did not stop there: "Astrakhan Cannery Company" has purchased equipment for equipping the pepper processing and milling department of various vegetables with blanching function. Thus, the company has already expanded the range of produced pickles and marinades.

"My household is still small. I supply fresh fruits and vegetables to the market, there is not enough to process the volumes. But I very much hope to increase the yield in the period until 2020 and rely very much on the support of the state. After that, it is quite possible, I will start cooperating with large processors, such as Astrakhan Cannery Company, "- said Ivan Mikhailov, a private Astrakhan agrarian.

Tip 2: How was the launch of "Poplar"

On June 8, 2012, at the Kapustin Yar test site,Astrakhan region, another test launch of the intercontinental ballistic missile "Topol" was carried out. The military training part of the missile successfully struck a conventional target at the Kazakh test range Sary-Shagan.

How was the launch of "Poplar"
Intercontinental ballistic missile "Topol"is the basis of the grouping of the Strategic Missile Forces. The development of the missile was started in 1975, after ten years the new complex took up combat duty. It is equipped with means to overcome missile defense, flight control is carried out with the help of gas jet and aerodynamic controls. The total mass of the upgraded version of the missile is 51 tons, the maximum range is 9500 km. The military unit is nuclear, monoblock. The entire lifetime of the missile is stored in a sealed launch canister, in which the necessary temperature and humidity are maintained. The storage period was initially 10 years, then it was increased to 21 years. To test the reliability of the complex, the military has to conduct test launches from time to time, with the launching of rockets with the maximum shelf life. The launch of "Topol" on the night of June 8, 2012 was successful and fully confirmed the tactical and technical characteristics of the complex. True test of the rocket was not without some curiosities. Since the Sary-Shagan polygon is in Kazakhstan, the trajectory of the missile's flight could be observed in a number of Middle Eastern countries - in particular, in Israel and Lebanon. The launch could also be seen in Turkey, Georgia, Azerbaijan, Armenia. Many residents of these countries have adopted a missile for UFOs, which was facilitated by a change in the trajectory of its flight, most likely in connection with the implementation of anti-missile maneuvers. Specialists, who demonstrated video of the facility, unequivocally stated that eyewitnesses observed the launch of the missile. The countries of the "Topol" that are in service are gradually being taken out of service. They were replaced by the Topol-M missiles created on their base, capable of hitting targets at a distance of up to 11,000 kilometers and carrying one thermonuclear block with a capacity of 550 kilotons. The "Yars" complexes with a separating warhead carrying three thermonuclear units of individual guidance are also being used.

Tip 3: How to determine the elasticity of supply

The market is very sensitive to changes in variousfactors: prices, income levels or costs. The degree of this sensitivity is expressed by means of elasticity. Determine the elasticity of supply can be through the ratio of the volume of the proposed product to the value of the increment of the analyzed factor.

How to determine the elasticity of supply

Instructions

1

A law expressing the dependence of a sentence ondemand, is basic in business. Analysis of these two values is one of the central points in assessing the economic effectiveness of the selected production strategy. The enterprise can not stand still, it must develop, increase and improve production, increase its profit.

2

To determine the coefficient of elasticityproposal, you need to calculate the quantitative change in its volume, depending on the increase or decrease of some factor, for example, price. Mathematically, this proportion is represented in the form of a fraction: Epr = Δq / Δd, where Epr is the elasticity of supply, Δq is the increment of the volume function, Δd is the increment of the determinant (price, income level, costs, etc.).

3

Proceeding from the fact that the supply curve is givenfunction, and the ratio of increments is nothing more than taking a derivative, you can use the dot method to find the coefficient of elasticity. It consists in differentiating the function and then multiplying the result by the relationship between the argument and the original function: Epr = Q '(d) * (d / Q (d)), where Q (d) is the supply function.

4

The elasticity of supply is influenced by many factors. These include the time interval of calculations, the direction of production, the shelf life of finished products, etc. In addition, it is necessary to take into account the maximum capacity that the enterprise can use.

5

By the time interval, the valuescoefficient for the so-called instantaneous period, short-term and long-term. In the instant period, too little gap is analyzed, for which the manufacturer simply is not able to influence the situation. Such a proposal is considered inelastic.

6

During the short term the enterprisecan adapt to new demand indicators, but its actions are still limited. With a long-term period of opportunities, he has more, the offer becomes elastic.
