The first task is to create the video itself. To do this, use one of the installation programs. The simplest option is to use Windows Movie Maker, the standard program included with Windows. More powerful alternatives are Pinnacle Studio, Ulead Video Studio, Nero Vision, Sony Vegas, etc.

Run the selected program to create the video. Using the "File" -> "Open" menu (or "Import"), add the required video to the application's mounting table. Using the appropriate tools, cut off unnecessary episodes, add a music track, apply some visual effects, etc.

Some video editing programs haveFunctionality of writing to DVD-ROM. If the editor you are using has this option, use it. If not, save the video by selecting "File" -> "Save As" (or "Export"). After that, use a separate program to burn video to DVD. Among them you can distinguish such as AVS Disc Creator, Nero Vision, Sony DVD Architect Pro, Ulead DVD Workshop, etc.

Run the selected program to create a DVD. Create a new project using the "File" menu, then add the video that you want to write to the disc. You can add several files and sort them in the order you want.
