One way is to use a router. Most of these devices can play the role of a wireless access point to a local network and provide an Internet connection for all computers on the network. Almost all modern laptops can work with a router via Wi-Fi.

Another way to connect computers is cableEthernet network. Laptops are equipped with network cards, which allows you to connect them directly with a twisted pair cable. The advantage of this method is its low cost and the fastest data exchange rate. The disadvantages are that you have to deal with the cable - first take care of the correct order of connecting 8 wires to the connector, then place this cable in the room or stretch it between different rooms.

Another option is to connect via a USBUsing another USB hub device. This method is more suitable for cases where combining several laptops should not be very often. They can be used as a charger - put two plugs into the connectors of two computers, worked and cleaned the hub.

Most often, modern laptops are sold with the preinstalled operating system "Windows 7 Starter". This version does not allow you to create a "homegroup" for working with computers, so one of them needs to install a more advanced version of Windows 7.

Connect the second laptop to the created group. For this, as in the previous step, run the master program. It will detect an existing group by itself, and you can connect to it using this application by entering the password created during the wizard in the previous step.
