Go to the settings for the connection bythe Internet. To do this, select the "Start" menu - "Network and Internet" - "Network and Sharing Center". Click "Next" and follow the instructions of the installer.

In the appeared window press the key again"Further". In the "Network Name" field, specify the name for your newly created local network. In the "Security Type" drop-down list, specify the WPA2-Personal encryption. In the line "Security key", enter the password, which must be at least 8 characters in length. This password will be used to access data on the network.

After entering all the data, click "Enable Internet Connection Sharing", and then "Close" after the corresponding notification appears.

To connect to the created network from anothercomputer, go to the "Network and Sharing Center" through the "Control Panel" or the Internet connection icon in the system tray of the lower-right corner of the screen. Click on "Change adapter settings". Right-click on the "Wireless Network Connection" and select "Properties".

Highlight the "Internet Protocol Version 4" item andclick Properties. In the IP address field, specify the IP for the connection. So, if you use the address 192.168.0.1, then the address 192.168.0.2, etc. should be used on the computer being configured. The network must not have the same IP address.

Specify the subnet mask (255.255.255.0), the gateway (the IP address of the host computer). In the DNS server field, specify the DNS of your ISP, and then click OK. Connect to your connection using the appropriate icon to manage the Wi-Fi network in the tray and select the connection you created. The settings have been completed.

If you want to change the computer name, whichis displayed on the network, go to the "Start" menu and right click on the "Computer" item. Select Properties, then Advanced System Settings. In the "Computer Name" tab, click the "Edit" button and enter the desired user name that you want to use on the network. In the "Workgroup" field, you can change the name for the network connection.
