Unlike the popular program Adobe AcrobatReader, Foxit Reader is a completely free PDF file reader. In addition, Foxit Reader is convenient for viewing and editing large documents. You can download Foxit Reader from the official site, the link is given in the section "Resources".

Install Foxit Reader and run it. Select the "File" menu of the taskbar, go to the "Open" tab. Select alternately two (or more) files. They will be opened in different tabs.

Create a new PDF document. To do this, select the Create tab from the "File" menu. Then alternately copy the existing files using the menu "Edit" (Edit), the item "Copy to the clipboard". Then return to the created new document, again open the "Edit", "Paste from the buffer".
