A child can receive benefits from the time of treatment and until he reaches 18 years of age. After that, the pension ceases automatically. If the child enters the full-time education, payments can be continued after the age of majority, but not more than up to 23 years.

Contact the district office of the Pension FundRussia. Provide a full package of documents and an application on behalf of the guardian (for underage children). Your child has stopped receiving pension, but a few months later entered the full-timestudying in the university? Immediately after the release of the order for enrollment, contact the district pension fund with a request for renewal of payments. To the application attach a certificate from the dean's office, certified by the stamp of the university and the signature of the rector. Please note that the pension must be issued, starting from the day of enrollment, and from the beginning of the course. Be sure to check the date and in case of an error, ask for it to be fixed.
