That night in this cave a child was born, who was destined to become the ruler of human thoughts for the next two millennia.

Today Bethlehem is a small town,which, incidentally, occupies a special place on the world map. The city stretches on the slopes of low stony hills near Jerusalem. There are always a lot of pilgrims who want to see the place of birth of the Savior with their own eyes and worship the holy places.
The birthday of Christ is celebrated in Bethlehem very richly and is considered one of the main holidays.
In the suburban fields grow olivetrees, cypresses, date palms. Some trees are so old that they might well have been silent witnesses to the birth of Jesus Christ. Under the scorching rays of the sun, as in those ancient times, herds of goats and sheep graze. This gives the local landscape a unique look, well described in the Bible. In these historical places, historical explorations and archaeological excavations were actively carried out at different times. In the vicinity of Bethlehem, the researchers found the remains of religious buildings, objects of religious worship and household utensils of those peoples that lived on the holy for every Christian land centuries ago. Local residents are very fond of their city and are justly proud of its history. It was here that a legend was born about who was destined to save humanity.
