Cyril Who is one of the most active and originalurban romantics and artists. In the past, he participated in the teams "Why?", No Future Forever, but then began to engage in individual creativity, looking for interesting objects on the streets. Cyril tries to fight against greyness, dangerous advertising constructions, lack of comfortable public space in the cities.
Cyril Who was born in Zelenograd, he appeared onlight in 1984. The young man began to pay attention to graffiti in 1996, at the same time he tried to work out his own style. Cyril was engaged in street art in the "Why?" (2002-2009) and No Future Forever (2005-2009). He is also the organizer and participant of projects promoting street art, GoVEGAs (2003), Hopstop (2004), Original Fake (2005) and Winzavod (2006). Who travels to the cities of Russia, where he gives lectures in which he talks about his vision of the world. He deliberately does not join the group of street artists, preferring the life of an independent "lone wolf". But Cyril explores this environment, its trends and directions. Sometimes he even publicly criticizes the subculture of graffiti on legal grounds and on the streets. Kirill Who reminds people, that not everything that is pasted or written on the wall is an advertisement. He believes that since the society and media have recognized the existence of street culture, graffiti has become an impersonal "pop" model of fashionable drawings. Disappeared conversation with the society, there is no dialogue. Cyril believes that the inscriptions on the walls should carry the idea, meaning, initiative. Do not shock passers-by, because there is enough fear and horror in real life, namely, to pay attention to the problems of the city, which can be solved by common forces. The community is largely indifferent to the existence of homeless people next to it, to what is happening in the world and politics. Street artists weekend wariors, which in Moscow there are about five thousand, are young and do not put any ideas into their art. Moreover, they are sponsored by companies that produce paints in aerosol cans. Party street art began to take control, so it became very difficult to stand out there. Cyril Who goes his own way. Who does not have an art education. He considers it stagnant, mired in the dogmas of the past, divorced from reality. Cyril creates in the street and in the studio, where often someone sleeps, everything moves and changes. The young man does not have his own corner-apartment, he used to consider his house a street, but now he has matured and recognizes the necessity of having his own dwelling in a person.

Hieromartyr Pancratius, or bishopTavromenia, was born when Jesus Christ lived on earth. Parents Pankratiya, the natives of Antioch, heard about the gospel of Jesus Christ in Jerusalem. Young Pankraty was shocked by the divine teaching and believed in Christ, became friends with the disciples of the Lord. The Holy Apostle became his best friend. After the death of his parents Pankraty left his estate and went to the Pontic Mountains, where he lived in a cave, spending days and nights in prayer and spiritual meditation. In those places passed the holy apostle Peter. He persuaded Pankratiya to go with him to Antioch, from where they crossed to Cilicia, where the holy apostle Paul lived. The holy apostles ordained Pankratia, and he became bishop of the Sicilian city of Tavromenia, where he began to work hard on the Christian enlightenment of the people. Within a short time, Bishop Tavromeniisky erected the Temple for worship. Soon almost all the inhabitants of the surrounding area accepted the Christian faith. But one day the pagans made an uprising, attacked the holy apostle and stoned him to death. At present, the relics of the saint are in Rome, the Temple, named after him. Kirill Gortinsky lived under the emperor Diocletian and co-ruler Maximian. All his life he served as bishop. In old age, the martyr was forcibly forced to renounce his faith and bow to idols. The bishop refused to fulfill the barbarous claim, he was sentenced to be burned. During the first execution, the fire did not touch the holy elder. The highest chances, in the opinion of GQ editorial board, are to receive the prize of "Businessman of the Year" from Oleg Tinkov, Pavel Durov, Maxim Nogotkov, Ziyavudin Magomedov and Arkady Volozh. Vyacheslav Zaitsev, Yevgeny Nikitin, Dmitry Loginov, Oleg Ovsiev and Leonid Alekseev. It is not the first time that Arkady Novikov appears on the lists of nominees for the prize "Restaurateur of the Year". This year the company was formed by Kirill Gusev, Gia Abramishvili, Ivan Shishkin and Andrey Dellos. Alexei Ivanov, Vladimir Mikushevich, Vladimir Kozlov, Sergei Shargunov and Andrei Rubanov will share the "Writer of the Year" with each other.
