Send a letter to the Pension Fund with the help ofservices of the Russian Post. You should contact the main office if there is an unsolvable question or complaint, otherwise you will be sent to the regional office. Write the appeal on paper, put the letter in an envelope and attach a stamp to it. For the address of the recipient, indicate: 119991, Moscow, Shabolovka street, house 4. Also write your return address to receive a reply. Visit the nearest post office and send your letter.

Write to the Russian Pension Fund inonline. Go to the official website of the organization and find the link "Send appeal to the FIU", which is located at the end of the vertical menu on the main page. Select the region in which you live and click on the appeared form. Select your retirement office in special tabs. Specify the first name, last name, middle name and full postal address with the index. Also specify an active email address. Write the subject of the letter and then the text of the appeal. Click "Ask" to send your message. Then wait for the answer from the FIU specialists. Usually it comes within a week, but it can take even longer depending on the current request queue.
