The most important stage in conducting diagnostics is control, i.e. observation of the process of learning knowledge, skills and skills. Control allows you to obtain information about the nature of the student's activities, the effectiveness of using the capabilities of the pedagogical process for educational purposes. There are several types of control: preliminary, current, thematic, periodic, final. It is carried out in various forms: individual, group, frontal. Using various methods of control (oral, written, computer, test), pedagogical diagnosis contributes to the successful study of the structure of the personality and its properties: intellectual and creative abilities, memory capacity, level of mindfulness development.
