The presence of a "blue" or "green" diploma does not indicate that the person is a bad specialist or did not make efforts in school. Just a red diploma is by definition a goal that not everyone can achieve. In many modern universities, whose diplomas are quoted not only in Russia but abroad, a "red" diploma can be obtained only with unique abilities. This is really a special difference for the student. Therefore, the "blue" or "green" diploma is not a bad indicator. The "blue" diploma is no different from the "green" diploma. The color palette depends on the university leadership and the educational system does not prohibit the use of different colors. The main thing in this whole process is not the color of your diploma or even the marks that are not attached. Important are the knowledge gained over the years of training and the ability to apply them in practice!
