So, in the process of teaching, the master teacher confidently uses the baggage of information obtained from modern sources (literature, cultural news and sports, etc.), he easily gives an analysis of international events. To achieve the main goal in pedagogical activity is assistance in the formation and development of an educated , a full and competent personality of the student. Thus, the needs of modern society, as well as the personal needs of the pupil, must be taken into account. Thus, pedagogical skill is undoubtedly associated with the process of professional growth and self-improvement of the personal qualities of the teacher, who realizes that learning is a constant two-way process that requires an active and creative result in interaction logical chain "Teacher - student".
