Get a centimeter tape (if it is not in your house).

Measure the volume of the chest with tape. Measure in the widest part of the chest. The tape should pass around the trunk on a horizontal line through the most protruding points and close on the right side of the trunk.

Measure the waist. The tape should pass around the trunk strictly horizontally at the level of the belt line.

Determine the amount of hips using the tape. Measure on the most prominent points of the hips and buttocks.
