Meat "muffins" with mushrooms

Everyone is used to think that muffins are sweet pastries. Why not experiment and cook meat muffins, and even with mushrooms. They look festive, creating a special atmosphere at your table.

Meat "muffins" with mushrooms

You will need

  • For stuffing:
  • - 250 g of beef;
  • - 250 g of pork;
  • - 1 onion;
  • - 1 egg;
  • - Red pepper;
  • - black pepper;
  • - salt.
  • For filling:
  • - 200 g of champignons;
  • - 1 onion;
  • - 4 tbsp. Tablespoons of butter;
  • - vegetable oil;
  • - mayonnaise;
  • - Red pepper;
  • - black pepper;
  • - salt.

Cooking stuffing. Cut the meat and pass through the meat grinder. Grate the onion on a large grater. Add the onions to the meat. Pepper and salt to taste. Add the egg and mix everything.

Cooking stuffing. Finely chop onion and fry in butter. Boil mushrooms and finely chop. Fry in vegetable oil and combine with onions. Pepper and salt to taste.

Forms for muffins should be greased with vegetable oil, then on the bottom of each mold, lay out the mince. Then the mushroom stuffing and again stuffing. Top with mayonnaise.

Bake in the oven for 30 minutes at a temperature of 160 degrees. Serve with potatoes. Garnish with greenery.
