Baked pork "Amadeus"
A delicious, juicy, fragrant dish that will please your loved ones. It can be served with fresh vegetables, it goes well with canned green beans.
You will need
- - 500 g of pork pulp;
- - 1 PC. a green apple;
- - 1 PC. Bulgarian pepper;
- - 2 tbsp. vermouth;
- - 100 g of prunes without pits;
- - 4 things. potatoes;
- - 100 g of lemon;
- - 100 g of olive oil;
- - 3 pcs. bulbs;
- - 100 g of mayonnaise;
- - 2 pcs. a tomato;
- - parsley dill;
- - salt pepper.
Instructions

Cut the pork into portions, as inchop, beat, sprinkle with salt, pepper, pour lemon juice, add olive oil, pour in vermouth and leave in a cool place for four hours (better to do at night), so that the meat will be marinated.

On a greased baking sheet lay a layer of meat, grease it with mayonnaise, top with layers of onions cut into rings and pepper and bake for 20 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees.

After this time, take out the baking sheet with meat and top with tomatoes, apple and potatoes, after cutting everything with lobules.

All fill with the remaining marinade, add prunes for flavor. Bake until a ruddy crust forms. Before serving, decorate with greens.
